Kilmarnock’s association with Kilmarnock, Scotland, has been traced back to the mid-1700s. The Rappahannock Foundation for the Arts (RFA) on March 12 will commemorate this Virginia/Scotland Kilmarnock connection as it hosts a performance by the Jamie Laval Trio.
The concert will be held at 7:30 p.m. at the Lancaster Middle School Theater, 191 School Street, Kilmarnock.
The 2002 U.S. National Scottish Fiddle Champion, Jamie Laval will showcase his stunning instrumental virtuosity.
