The Tidewater Oyster Gardeners Association (TOGA) Middle School Essay Contest deadline is Friday, December 15. The theme is “Consider the Oyster.”
TOGA will offer prizes of $500, $250 and $100 for first, second and third places, respectively, for the top essays. A prize of $200 also will be awarded to the school of the top entry.
