Ellen Matthews Davis recently was appointed to the Rappahannock Community College Educational Foundation board of directors. She previously served on the foundation board in the early 2000s and also served on the college board from 2015-2021. During the last three years of her tenure she served as board chair.
“I am excited that Ellen is staying involved with the college. She is an excellent ambassador for RCC, a great leader, and a consummate professional,” said RCC president Shannon Kennedy.
