KILMARNOCK—Kilmarnock Mayor Mae Umphlett recently signed a proclamation declaring September 17-23 Constitution Week throughout the town.
Councilperson Rebecca Nunn was joined by the officers and Constitution Week Committee members of the Cobbs Hall Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, at the reading of the Proclamation, reported regent Donna Weiler.
Constitution Week is held on the same dates every year….
