RTC Band (above) will be featured on the Music by the River stage from 6-8 p.m. Saturday, August 13, at Belle Isle State Park, 1632 Belle Isle Road, Lancaster. The band is recognized throughout the Richmond area for covering a variety of music: country, classic and Southern rock, beach music, funk, soul and Motown. Picnics are welcome. A limited number of picnic tables will be available. Bring lawn chairs or blankets. Sponsored by the Friends of Belle Isle, the show is free. However, there is a $5 parking fee payable at the park entrance.
