Court report correction

The Northumberland County Circuit Court Report in the December 16 Rappahannock Record contained erroneous information regarding Shelton M. Cockrell of Heathsville. Cockrell was in court on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, seeking to have his operator’s license reinstated. The court issued him a restricted operator’s license. He was not in court facing any other criminal charges on that date.
