Craig J. Jordan Sr.

KING GEORGE—Craig J. Jordan Sr. of King George died July 15, 2018.

He was born May 8, 1953, to the late Elsie M. Jordan and the late John G. Garland.

He was a member of Little Ark Baptist Church, Owens, and educated in the King George County Public School system.

Craig served in the U.S. Army from June 1976 to June 1979. He was a limousine driver for Weldon-Fisher Funeral Home, construction worker, reproduction aid/lead with EG&G Washington Analytical Services Center, Inc., and most recently , a star-stock control exchanger with the Bureau of Printing and Engraving. He retired in December 2017.

Craig was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Renee; son, Craig Jr.; daughter, Tianca; brothers, Kenneth Jordan and Troy Jordan; sisters, Darlene Stepney, Tina Jordan, Regina and Tracey Garland; and a granddaughter, Demiyah.

A funeral was held July 20 at Little Ark Baptist Church. Interment followed in the church cemetery.
