KING GEORGE—Darlean Louise West Davis died February 7, 2023.
She was born on September 27, 1954, in Westmoreland County, to the late Richard and Inez West.
Darlean received her education through Westmoreland County Public Schools. She was a member of New Monrovia Baptist Church of Colonial Beach and later joined Salem Baptist Church in King George.
Darlean was predeceased by grandsons, Jamell and Javontey; and siblings, Ronnie, Linda, Phyillis and Sterling.
Darlean is survived by her husband, Clayton Maurice Davis; daughters, Melissa Bland and Patricia West; stepchildren, Oceana, Amber and Clayton Davis Jr.; grandchildren, Quoryanna Hudson, Keondre, Shaquan and Brittany Hayes, DaiOndria West and Tristan and Dametrius Bland; great-grandchildren, Zsynari, Kailynn and Brittany West, Christian, Gabriel and Kaiden Bland; sisters, Stella Bussel, Pamela Sanders and Deborah Peyton; and brothers, Richard West, Walter West and Joseph West.
A funeral service was held Saturday, February 18, at Salem Baptist Church. Interment followed in Historyland Memorial Park, King George.
