WAKE—Robert Nicholas Daniel is behind bars facing multiple felony charges after deputies responded to a domestic violence call from a 91-year-old man, reported Major M.E. Sampson of the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO).
According to Maj. Sampson, at 2:20 a.m. August 26, MCSO deputies received a call for a domestic problem in progress on Mill Creek Road in Wake.
Upon arrival, deputies encountered Daniel, 30, of Jamaica hovering over his maternal grandfather, Woodson Armstead Sr. The victim was bleeding from injuries sustained to….
