The Southeast Rural Community Assistance Project, an organization that helps low-income rural residents with access to clean drinking water, working indoor plumbing and wastewater facilities, will meet with homeowners from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, August 31, at the Northumberland County Community Center, 679 Browns Store Road, Browns Store.
