KILMARNOCK—Eleanor Dean Luichinger, 81, of Kilmarnock passed away on December 4, 2018.
The work of her life was to raise a family of four children. She was an avid reader well versed in a large number of topics.
She was a true adventurer who sailed with her husband, Thomas Luichinger, from their home in Maryland to the Florida Keys several times.
She was an active member of Grace Episcopal Church, Kilmarnock.
She is survived by her children, Thomas Luichinger II and his wife, Nancy, of Saint Paul, Minn., Karen Giacometti and her husband, Kevin, of Westfield, Mass., Tina Luichinger of Georgia and David Luichinger and his wife, Tracey, of Florida; her five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Owen Luichinger.
A memorial service was held at Grace Episcopal Church at 1 p.m. Tuesday, December 11.
She will be greatly missed.
