KILMARNOCK—Early in-person voting for the November 4 general and special elections will open Friday, September 19.
In Lancaster County, voting in person will be available from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays as well as Saturdays, October 25 and November 1, at the Voter Registration Office in temporary quarters behind the County Administration Building, 8311 Mary Ball Road, Lancaster. Those with questions also may contact the Voter Registration Office at 462-5277, or vote@lancova.com.
