FREDERICKSBURG—The Virginia Department of Transportation will conduct a routine annual inspection on the Robert O. Norris Jr. Memorial Bridge at White Stone through October 31.
Drivers should expect a single lane closure on the Route 3 bridge over the Rappahannock River, reported Tina Bundy. Lane closures will take place from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.
