Family tradition: Tyson Henderson signs with CNU

The Henderson legacy will continue at Christopher Newport University (CNU) in Newport News.

Tyson Henderson, a senior at Lancaster High School, has committed to play basketball for the Captains, who won the NCAA Division III National Championship in March. Tyson’s brother, Tyler, was a starting point guard on that team. The two will be teammates in the fall.

And that’s only fitting since the brothers’ parents, Melissa and Donte Henderson, both played basketball at CNU in….
