Fitzhugh to donate a carving for Waterfowl Show door prize

The 41st annual Rappahannock River Waterfowl Show is set for March 21-22 at the White Stone Firehouse, 579 Chesapeake Drive, White Stone.

The weekend door prize is an original carving by Jeff Fitzhugh of Hurlock, Md. This is his 10th year exhibiting at this show, reported coordinator Pat Bruce.

Fitzhugh grew up in Dorchester County, Md., in a multi-generational farm family and still lives on the family farm with his wife and two children. At age 8 he started waterfowl and rabbit hunting with his dad and grandfather. His love of hunting has taken him to…
