The Friends of the Northumberland County Animal Shelter (FNCAS) will hold a grand opening at their new thrift shop from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, October 12, at 80 Jessie Ball duPont Memorial Highway, Burgess.
The FNCAS Thrift Shop will present their fall merchandise at great prices and welcome the shopping public to browse the many rooms in the spacious shop, said manager Lois Ogburn.
“Completely different!” exclaimed Ogburn. “The new shop is big with lots of sunlight and new merchandise we’ve been holding just for this occasion. The only things that haven’t changed are the low prices and quarterly half-price sales.”
