
The Lancaster Players will present “Public Speaking 101” at 8 p.m. November 7–8, 14–15 and 21–22 and 3 p.m. November 9, 16 and 23. The Playhouse, 361 Chesapeake Drive, White Stone, will open an hour before curtain call for a social hour and cash bar.
When the cast of Public Speaking 101 takes their final bow, they won’t be alone. A four-legged performer will share the spotlight, taking a well-earned curtain call alongside the human cast. The lucky dog appearing as the canine character, Kong, will be revealed on opening night, November 7.
“The inclusion of a dog in the production gives the players a wonderful opportunity to highlight the mission of Partners for Pets,” said president Luke Rawls. “Director Linda Stough is one of several players who also volunteer with the shelter….
