March brings the first hint of spring and the new life that comes with it to the Northern Neck.
The RAL Art Center Gallery Windows, 19 North Main Street, Kilmarnock, also will have some new talent to display with the works of Donald Presnell and Sarah Marshall Elliott, reported Ellen Huddy of the RAL communications team.
“Don Presnell is a unique artist among our RAL community with an education and career in industrial design,” said Huddy.
