The 29th annual Gardening in the Northern Neck Seminar will be held April 13 at Lancaster Elementary School, 191 School Street, Kilmarnock.
Mary Palmer Dargan, chief executive officer of Dargan Landscape Architects Inc., is one of the featured speakers at the seminar hosted by the Northern Neck Master Gardeners, reported Almeda McKenney of the Virginia Cooperative Extension Northumberland County office.
