KILMARNOCK—Gloria Bonham Cornwell, 85, of Kilmarnock passed away on September 20, 2021.
Born on August 30, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Herbert B. and Ruth H. Bonham of Richmond.
Mrs. Cornwell was a devoted and loving daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, W. M. “Red” Cornwell; and her siblings, Herbert Bonham, Shirley J. Bonham and Margaret B. Cleer.
Surviving are her sons, David M. Cornwell and his wife, Patricia, of Kilmarnock and John Eric Cornwell and his wife, Elizabeth, of Kilmarnock; her grandson, Eric C. Cornwell and his wife, Chelsea, of Weems; and her two great-grandchildren Carmen Fay Cornwell and Camden Kirke Cornwell.
She is also survived by two sisters-in-law, Dorothy C. Keyser of Kilmarnock and Elsie Cornwell of Lottsburg; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date and time.
