Grief Support Group to meet Tuesdays

The Bay Center’s Grief Support Group Winter Series will be held from 1-2 p.m. Tuesdays, January 19 to March 23, via Zoom.

 Participants will explore their reactions to loss, learn about the grieving process, develop strategies for coping, and begin to integrate this change into their lives in order to move forward.
