Hazardous and electronic waste collection set in Northumberland

CLARAVILLE—Northumberland County’s Household Hazardous & Electronic Waste (HHW) spring collection will be held from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. April 26 in the school bus parking lot at Northumberland Middle School, 175 Academic Lane, Claraville.

Northumberland County residents and property owners are asked to bring old household chemicals such as oil-based paint, cleaners, solvents, old or used petroleum products—including mower and boat gas, pool chemicals, pesticides, electronics….
