Nearly 50 vendors have signed up for the Heathsville Farmers Market Saturday, June 19, at Rice’s Hotel/Hughlett’s Tavern, 73 Monument Place, Heathsville.
The highlight of the market will be a free concert by The Capital Focus jazz band at noon on the Tavern Green, as part of “Make It a Heathsville Saturday.”
The concert is sponsored by the Rappahannock Concert Association. The Capital Focus jazz band, the youth learning arm of the Potomac River Jazz Club, will perform two 45-minute sets. Bring a chair and a sun hat, said executive director Corrine Becker.
