LANCASTER—John Randolph “Rand” Hooper, who is charged with involuntary manslaughter and failing to render aid in the death of Graham McCormick, did not appear before a judge in Lancaster County Circuit Court last week as originally scheduled.
The court date was postposed pending a ruling on several new motions in the case.
McCormick, of Atlanta, drowned as the result of a boating accident in August 2017 while visiting Hooper and other friends….
