Lori Eanes is praying for a miracle.

The 45-year-old is in kidney failure and hoping every day doctors will find a donor to save her life.

Lori has been the pianist at Kilmarnock Baptist Church for seven years. Born and raised in White Stone, she returned to the Northern Neck after surviving a battle with leukemia as a young adult.

Hers is an amazing story of triumph. And she’s not planning for that to end with this health crisis.

A 1992 graduate of Lancaster High School, where she was active in extracurricular activities and a catcher on the softball team, Lori left her hometown for Indiana University, where she was on an ROTC scholarship and was planning a career in the military.
