Bon Secours Rappahannock General Hospital (RGH) continues a 30-year hospital tradition of hosting a food drive to create Thanksgiving meal items that are distributed to needy families and patients in the community.
Items collected by RGH and Bon Secours Medical Group staff and volunteers allowed for 30 overflowing food boxes to be assembled and distributed this year, said Joanna Marchetti, project coordinator and food drive coordinator.
Special thanks to Linda Hamilton, case management, who personally delivers many of the packages to the recipients’ homes, said Marchetti.
