Howard Gospel Choir to present a matinee Nov. 8

RCA Rappahannock Concert AssociationThe Rappahannock Concert Association will present the Howard Gospel Choir at 3 p.m. November 8 at Northumberland High School, 201 Academic Lane, Heathsville.
