The Indian Creek Yacht Club celebrated its 60th annual Flag Raising and Blessing of the Fleet on Friday, May 19, at its waterfront marina.
A procession of the bridge and past commodores from the clubhouse to the waterfront was led by the Kilmarnock & District Pipe Band, reported sales, marketing and membership director Megan Stephens. Bugler Ben Green sounded the assembly and commodore Brian Clarke introduced the 2023 bridge.
In addition to Clarke, the 2023 bridge includes vice commodore and chaplain Randy Graham, rear commodore Bob Young, fleet captain Steve Bowen, secretary Kathryn Wainscott, treasurer Paul Bland and port captain John Coyle.
