Promoting kindness is a good sign

Betty Riley saw a Richmond Times Dispatch article regarding a local citizen who put “Be Kind” signs in her front yard. The signs were well received by neighbors and passersby and served as a friendly reminder for everyone to “Be Kind” to one another.
