IRVINGTON—Mrs. Jean E. Reynolds, 88, of Irvington went to be with her Lord on December 6, 2017. She was a member of Irvington United Methodist Church for over 66 years.
She is survived by her three children, Lynda Sebra (JB), Joyce Mantiply (Mark) and Ray Reynolds (Phyllis); 11 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marion Reynolds.
Jean bowled on a team for 57 years in Kilmarnock and enjoyed being one of the first ones at the YMCA for 20 years, followed by meeting friends for breakfast. She loved making pound cakes for people, which was requested by many. At her 80th family birthday party, she played kickball with her grandchildren, even running the bases and out beat everyone in the hula hoop contest.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, December 10, at Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock. Interment followed the service at Woodlawn Cemetery. Family received friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
