WHITE STONE—John Henry Brittingham of White Stone died January 18, 2021.
He was born August 15, 1938, to the late Leslie Brittingham and Alice Brittingham.
He was a member of Mount Vernon Baptist Church, White Stone, and he received his education at A.T. Wright High School, White Stone.
John served in the U.S. Air Force from October 1956 to October 1960. He was honorably discharged.
John retired as a truck driver in Washington, D.C. He also lived in Crisfield, Md., and Philadelphia, Pa.
He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Kevin Brittingham; and a sister, Joan Brittingham Ball.
A graveside service was held Saturday, January 30, at Mount Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery, Rev. Kelvin Evans, pastor, and Rev. Marion Tapscott, evangelist.
