LANCASTER—Joseph John “Joe” Zosh, 82, of Lancaster peacefully passed away at home on Wednesday, July 29, 2026.
Joe was born and raised on his family’s farm in Lehman, Pa., where he learned his love for animals. At a young age he raised prize-winning dairy cows. He enjoyed boating, fishing, hunting, gardening and outdoor activities.
Joe is survived by his loving wife, Charlene French Zosh; and his four daughters, Bridget (Dave) of Virginia Beach, Lynne (Barry) of Joppa, Md., Cheri (Kelly) of Aldie and Wendy (Jay) of New Market, Md. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren and his sisters, Joyce (Vic) of Lancaster, Pa.; Jan (Bob) of Bluffton, S.C., and Judith of Baltimore, Md.
A private service will be held at a later date.
