Ma Margaret’s House Bed & Breakfast, 249 Greenfield Rd, Reedville, will host a Juneteenth celebration from noon-5 p.m. June 14, featuring history, music, food and fellowship.
The present sponsor of “Advancing the Legacy of Juneteenth through Storytelling, Song and Community” is the Northern Neck Hidden History Trail, with support from Virginia Humanities, VA250, MACorp and Interracial Conversions.
Together, they help make this a meaningful and memorable experience for all ages, said event organizer Alva Jackson.
