Costumed kids of all ages strolled the streets of Kilmarnock on Saturday, October 30, as businesses and organizations distributed candy at the annual Kandy for Kids event. A line formed on north Main Street as Suzi Powell (left) distributed candy at the RAL Art Center. The annual family-friendly, trick-or-treating event is sponsored by Lancaster by the Bay Chamber and the Town of Kilmarnock.
