The Kilmarnock & District Pipe Band will hold a Burns Night event January 29.
After a pandemic pause, the band decided to incorporate some changes to the event, including a ticket price reduction to $30 and a focus on a concert and entertainment instead of including a dinner, reported pipe sergeant Bill Harrison.
The event will offer snacks and set-ups for “bring your own bottle” to enhance the edibles brought by audience members, said Harrison.
