The Kilmarnock Volunteer Fire Department recently announced the 86th Kilmarnock Firemen’s Festival will be held July 29 through August 7, except Sunday, July 31, at the KVFD Carnival Grounds, 200 Waverly Avenue, Kilmarnock.
The carnival will operate from 7-10 p.m. weekdays and 7-11 p.m. Saturdays, reported festival president Adam Wood.
