KILMARNOCK—The Lancaster by the Bay Chamber announced the award winners of the 2025 Kilmarnock Lighted Christmas Parade, following the event Friday, December 12.
The Chamber extends sincere appreciation to Dominion Energy and IsaBell K. Horsley for their generous support in making the parade possible, said executive director Leslie Jingluski. Gratitude also is extended to the many dedicated volunteers whose time and commitment ensured the success of this beloved event.
Special thanks goes to parade judges, John and Susan Fleet, for their thoughtful service and support of the community, said Jingluski.
Award winners included:
• Grand Marshal’s Award, Jett’s Marine.
• Best Church Group Entry, Interfaith Service Council.
• Youth Award, Cub Scout Pack 372.
• Judges’ Award, Bon Secours Rappahannock General Hospital.
• Ryan Wilcox Memorial Award, Kilmarnock Volunteer Fire Department.
• Chamber of Commerce Award, Austin’s Bushhogging.
• Spirit of Christmas Award, Upper Lancaster Volunteer Fire Department.
The Lancaster by the Bay Chamber thanks all participants, sponsors, volunteers and attendees for helping make the 46th Kilmarnock Lighted Christmas Parade a memorable community celebration for residents and visitors, said Jingluski.
