The Kilmarnock Museum, 76 North Main Street, Kilmarnock, will host Scottish Days activities from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, June 8.
The museum will become a magical place where girls can become “Queen for a Day” and boys can become mystical sea captains, said Kilmarnock Museum president Carroll Lee Ashburn.
There also will be miniature horses for petting and cart rides from the Little Wonder Horse Farm. The activities are free, he said.
Throughout the day there will be a classic and antique car display and at 2 p.m., a concert by the Kilmarnock and District Pipe Band. Food will be available for purchase, said Ashburn.
Activities at the museum are part of the three-day Scottish Days 2024 sales promotion among participating merchants, Thursday, June 6, through Saturday, June 8.
