KILMARNOCK—The Kilmarnock Town Council on Monday honored two members of the Kilmarnock Police Department.
Council celebrated the promotion of officer Jordan Russell to the rank of sergeant, and the hiring of officer Chelsi Blake, who joined the department earlier this month.
“She’s also a certified firearms instructor, which makes her a huge asset to our department,” said Chief Cliff Dawson.
