HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened September 15 with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The case of Elton T. Cockrell of Lancaster, charged with one felony count for violating probation and one misdemeanor count for violating probation, was continued to October 27.
The prosecution filed a nolle prosequi in the case of Olivia R. Yarborough of Burgess, charged with two felonies for manufacturing controlled substances. On a separate felony count against Yarborough for manufacturing controlled substances, she was sentenced to five months in prison.
