Residents across the Northern Neck awoke on Sunday, September 30, to find messages of racial and religious hatred littering their yards and driveways.
Overnight, members of the Klu Klux Klan had worked their way across the region, delivering propaganda materials in the form of racist and xenophobic notecards to residents of the Northern Neck.
According to Kilmarnock police chief Mike Bedell, the KKK has recently been delivering messages of racial hatred throughout the Commonwealth. Locally, this campaign appears to have started in White Stone and traveled up to Lancaster and then to Lively, before moving to Reedville and later towards Warsaw and Tappahannock…
