The Lancaster High School girls soccer team dropped two Northern Neck District games and a regional match last week with Essex edging the Lady Devils, 2-1, last Tuesday in Lancaster’s closest match of the season.
The Lady Trojans held a 2-0 lead at the half with Katarina Zeiler pulling the Devils within a goal in the second half when she scored on a corner kick by Brittney Nelson. The goal was Zeiler’s second of the season.
