LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Thursday, September 23, with the Hon. Sara Deneke presiding.
In the case of William D. Rogers, charged with a felony probation violation, a hearing was scheduled for October 26.

The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, September 24, with the Hon. Michael McKenney presiding.
Lacey R. Michalak of Baltimore, Md., pleaded guilty to felony embezzlement of more than $200. Michalak also was found guilty of a felony for failing to appear on a felony charge. Both sentencing hearings were continued to October 19 by the judge.
In the case of Jonathan A. Towles of Lancaster, charged with selling a Schedule I/II substance, the charge was dismissed after completing terms and conditions of drug court.
Gene B. Russell of Lancaster, charged with a felony for child abuse, serious injury, pleaded guilty and a deferred disposition was given as a first offender. A review hearing was scheduled for September 23, 2022.
