LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, August 19, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Megan C. Hill of Kilmarnock, charged with two felonies for violating probation, a hearing was scheduled for September 2.
Delvin L. Thornton of Chesapeake was found guilty of two felonies for violating probation. He was sentenced to 15 years, all of which were suspended, on each charge and given five years of supervised probation.
In the case of Kendrick L. Diggs of Lancaster, charged with three felonies for selling a Schedule I/II substance, a trial will be set on September 2.
