LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, January 29, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Demetria R. Key of Topping, previously found guilty of felony embezzlement, was sentenced to 10 years, all of which were suspended, and ordered to pay $968.66 in restitution and $425 in court costs.
In the case of Matthew S. Chapman of White Stone, appealing a misdemeanor conviction of assault and battery of a family member and violating first offender conditions, a trial is to be set April 23.
