LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, July 16, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Phillip E. Dean of White Stone, charged with two felonies for violating probation, two felonies for failing to comply with pre-trial release conditions, two felonies for homicide, and two felonies for distributing a Schedule I/II substance, third-plus offense, a trial was withdrawn and a status hearing scheduled for July 30.
In the case of Keith L. Bean Jr. of Merry Point, charged with four felonies for failing to appear, four felonies for failing to comply with pre-trial release conditions, one felony probation violation, two felonies for being a felon in possession….[to-view-more]
