LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, August 13, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Kentel D. Noel of Heathsville, charged with a felony for selling fentanyl, the arraignment was continued as Noel is a fugitive. He has been charged with an additional felony for failing to appear on a felony charge.
In the case of Maria F. Thompson, no address given, charged with one felony and two misdemeanor probation violations, the arraignments were continued….
