LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, October 26, with the Hon. Sara Deneke presiding.
In the case of Jonta A. Towles, no address given, charged with a felony for a threat to extort money; a felony for robbery with a gun; a felony for cocaine possession; and two misdemeanors for assault and battery, a hearing was set for November 4.
William D. Rogers, no address given, was found guilty of a felony for violating probation on a felony offense. A sentencing hearing was set for November 4.

The Lancaster County Circuit Court also convened Friday, October 29, with the Hon. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Brian C. Luckham of Kilmarnock, charged with a misdemeanor for failing to appear on a misdemeanor offense, the arraignment was continued by the judge and a hearing set for January 28.
