LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, March 25, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.

In the case of Morson J. Lee Jr. of Lancaster, charged with two felonies and six misdemeanors for violating probation, the matter was taken under advisement. A hearing was scheduled for July 22.

In the case of Khalil S. Oates, no address given, charged with two felonies for attempted first-degree murder; a felony for using a firearm in the commission of a felony, first offense; a felony for shooting/stabbing in the commission of a felony; a felony for being a nonviolent felon in possession of a weapon within 10 years; and a felony for malicious assault, victim injured; a status hearing was scheduled for April 8.

In the case of Donovan R. Gregory, no address given, charged with a felony for selling fentanyl, a trial was….
