LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Thursday, April 14, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Clinton R. Chewning of Weems, charged with three felonies for failing to comply with pre-trial conditions, four felonies for violating probation, and a felony for malicious wounding, a pre-trial motion was withdrawn and a trial is scheduled for April 29.
April 22 proceedings
The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, April 22, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Laura Purcell of Gum Spring, charged with a felony for perjury, a trial was set for June 17.
In the case of Matthew Q. Rosner, no address given, charged with two felonies for probation violations, a hearing was continued to….
